LPM (Louver Processing Machine)
The Granite Automation Louver Processing Machine (LPM) is a standalone machine to automate louver component processing in plantation shutter production chains. It accommodates louver lengths up to 34 inches for 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 inch material. Louver size, staple, pin insertion are easily selected. Simply place a pre-cut louver into the machine to have pin holes drilled, pins inserted, and a staple placed at the center point of the louver.

DSD (Dual Stile Drill)
The Granite Automation Dual Stile Drill (DSD) Automates the process of drilling stiles in the plantation shutter production chain. It quickly and accurately drills dowel and louver holes in standard stile material for 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 louver sizes. Not only does this speed production but does so with precision and repeatability. The DSD utilizes a user-friendly touch screen interface to the computer control unit. Louver size, number of louvers, and midrail options are easily selected to enable automatic machine setup. Simply place two stiles into the machine to have dowel and louver holes drilled with accuracy and ease. Spacing from dowels to louver holes and midrail templates are user customizable to preferred specifications so you can maintain your present operational preferences. The DSD will do precision Hole Strip drilling with the available adapter option.

Specialty Profile Forming Oven
The Granite Automation Specialty Profile Forming Oven (SPFO) simplifies the heating process for shaping PVC material in a consistent and repeatable manner. It includes a Top Loading Lid supported by heavy duty hinges and a secure lid stop. The internal shelf provides full length support of PVC profile for uniform and safe warming in just minutes. The thermostat provides consistent and even heat throughout the insulated oven box. The included legs place the oven at a comfortable standing working height. It ships ready to use by simply attaching the included locking caster legs.
